Here it is mid March and once again I have been slack in reporting or blogging and keeping my friends posted as to what is going on. We have been touring Florida since late Jan and it has been one of the busiest years yet. I am very thankful for that. A lot of really cool things seem to be happening in this ministry and new doors seem to be opening every day. We are excited to introduce “RENEWANATION” to many people down here in Florida and have been passing out hundreds of DVDs that introduce and explain this ministry. One highlight of the trip occurred two weeks ago when I was playing at the Seniors Jamboree for the state of Fl. There were over four hundred seniors gathered for a two day event of music and encouraging messages. One special thing happened to me when a gentleman came up to me after the concert with tears in his eyes and placed his hand on his heart. He then looked at me and said, “you touched me right here” not many can do that he said. I was honored that God would use me like that. I also got to play at a number of schools down here in Florida and met a lot of great kids. Also, I played four concerts this year with my dear friend Charlie McCoy and each of those shows was a great success. We have actually already began to book concerts for next Year and the 2010 season. Keep us in your prayers and contact me anytime. May God continue to bless you all. RICH

It’s almost the end of Oct and we are finally home from our western tour. Wow what a trip it was. We covered over 3500 miles in the motor home. We started out in Kansas City Ks, then on to Nebraska, back into Kansas, then on to Colorado, then back into Kansas and finally, Branson. God was so good to us on this tour and even though we drove a lot of miles, we were able to minister to a lot of people. I want to share just one of the more special stories of what happened on this trip. While we were in Kansas City, I played with some guitarists at a Jam session. There was one man who came in and played bass guitar. He talked about enjoying my playing and that he would love to own one of my CDs but could not afford to buy one, so i gave him one. Now a month later, I had a concert at a church in Independence Ks. After the concert an 82 yr old lady came up to me with tears in her eyes. She said the moment I began to play she knew it was me…….. I asked her what she meant. With tears she told me that two weeks before she lost one of her sons in death. She then went on to tell me that her only remaining son came to her from Kansas City and brought her a CD and told her she needed to listen to it and consider using it in her sons funeral. She did use it in the funeral and it was the CD that I had given the young man in KC. God is so good in how he allows my music to be used to minister. For that I am very thankful. Anyway, that is but one of the awesome testimonies as to His faithfullness. Please continue to keep us in your prayers. We will be living at home until mid Jan. The concerts I have between now and then are all going to be just a short drive from home. Thanks for all your prayers for my ministry. Will post again soon……….. GOD BLESS….RICH

Well, im still lousy at this blogging thing but its time for a new update. I’m going to try to do better I promise. Right now we are in Longton Kansas. This is the fifth week of the tour and it has been a good one. So far, we have traveled over two thousand miles in the motor home and over two thousand miles in the car. God has been so good to us, tomorrow, i will be ministering to the third public school program, talking to kids and sharing my music. We played at the Brush Cowboy church last weekend and it was an awesome crowd, almost two hundred people and the service was held in a Sale Barn. At another concert I did the very next day, I shared my testimony about the hunting accident and my recovery from PTSD. A lady came to me after the service in tears and told me that I was sent there just for her. I am always so honored that God will use me in this way. There have been so many incidences like this that have happened over the past few weeks. Next week we will be at the CGMA convention in Branson, and then to western Ky to play and speak at a fund raiser for Gods Outdoors Diciples which is an outreach ministry for kids. We had a cancellation of a concert to be held last night so we ended up having a good old fashioned Jam session with some friends here in Longton. I’ll be adding more real soon. Keep checking this site. GOD BLESS RICH

Well, I am just concluding a three week tour with singer/songwriter Jimmy Davis. We started out in the Virginia Beach area of Va and from there went on up into Jarrettsville Md. God allowed us to be used in a very special way. Jimmy and I had the privilege of visiting a gentleman in the intensive care unit of a hospital in Bel Aire Md. We took a guitar in and gave him a short private concert and had prayer with him. It seems like every time I go out on tour, God teaches me something new about being a servant and being in the ministry. It is these times, like being in that hospital, that I realize just how humbling it is to be used of Him in this way. Right now we are at the Country Gospel Music Association Eastern Convention in Shippensburg Pa. Once again we are enjoying the fellowship of other Christian artists and hearing awesome testimonies of how God is working in the lives of people.

Next week, I will be home for only a few short days then my wife Esther and I start out on an eight week tour out west. It starts in Kansas City Kansas on Sept 7th. I am going to try to post a blog at least once a week from here on out, just to let you all know what is happening out on the road. Keep me in your thoughts and prayers.

We are home from the three month tour in Florida. It was the best Florida tour yet and we are already over half way booked for the 2009 winter season. I was amazed at all of the special things that happened and the souls that were saved through this ministry and the lives that were touched and changed. I give all the glory to God, I was just an instrument. Since we arrived at home it seems we have not stopped. It takes a lot of work to change over to living in a house again, catch up on maintainance around the house and the cars and prepare for the rest of the year of music, booking, and recording but then this is the life we love and feel that God has chosen for us. I still ask for all your prayers that God will continue to bless the ministry and continue to use us. It was great to get home and see the grandkids, it is amazing how little children seem to grow and change in only three months. I am going to make an effort to update the website and blog on a more regular basis. I hope you will visit the website more often to see where we are and what is going on. Thanks for stopping by………… RICH

Well, we are now four weeks into this Florida tour and God has been blessing. When we began this tour in Mid Jan., there were a lot of open dates that we were praying to fill. By the end of the second week every weekend had been completely booked and even some weekdays and nights were full. The exciting thing is that God is still opening doors almost on a daily basis. Last week i was invited to tour a Florida State Prison facility with the prospect of ministering in a concert there in a few weeks. It now looks like this prison facility will become a regular part of my Florida tour every year. Esther and I are rejoicing over that, and looking forward to seeing souls saved as a result. Last week Charlie McCoy and I had our last joint concert for this tour and the response was overwhelming. There were over 600 in attendance and the RV park staff told us that it was the best concert they had ever had at that park as well as the largest crowd ever. I give God all the praise for that. As well as having a full schedule for this 12 week tour, we have already booked a large part of the first three months for the year 2009. God is so good. There is more great news to come so check back often. We are still getting the bugs out of the blog program and my new web site. We hope to have it all up and running smoothly very soon. Please keep Esther and me in your prayers that God will continue to open doors and minister through our music. God Bless……….. RICH.

Welcome to my blog site and my new revised web site. I am excited to start out 2008 with a new look on the internet. This year, I hope to be able to take you with me, all over the United States sharing my music, my experiences, and my ministry as my wife Esther and I travel from state to state. In mid Jan, we start off in south Ga for a few days and then on to Florida for about 12 weeks. So far we have over 30 concerts booked in this twelve week period and I hope to have more concerts set up as we go along.

I ask that you pray for this ministry that our visits to churches, to schools, and to Rv parks will allow us to share the good news of Jesus Christ and hopefully bring a smile to hearts through the music. I have a few dates booked with my dear friend Charlie McCoy and we are both looking forward to being together. If you have any questions or any special requests as to what you would like to read about during our tours, feel free to ask and I will try to fulfill that request. I will try to update this blog at least once a week to keep you informed as to where we are and what is happening as we travel. Thanks for spending time on my site and please return often.

GOD BLESS……… RICH.
